We cover all shipping costs, deliver your tree to your home via express service within 7 days, and set it up in your desired location until it's satisfactory. (Shipping times apply to Germany only.)

For some trees, the delivery time may be delayed if pots are selected that are not in stock.

Should any leaves or branches fall off the tree after you receive it, we will replace them free of charge and send you installation instructions.
If needed, we can arrange a video call in which our experts will show you how it's done.

Legend of Mizuki:

The crown of the Mizuki (lucky tree), combed by the sea, grew on a cliff near Qingdao. A student heard a "song without words" in the rustling and wrote it down. Years later, he presented the tree to a prince, who placed it in his study and prayed to God for wisdom before writing important letters. Because of its harmonious, far-reaching branches, the Mizuki was considered a luxurious ornament at court and in temples – a silent greeting to the soul.
